Terms of Service

The service

TokenAsiaMap offers adults a set of AI tools for generating and editing images and video. Holding an account, or using any tool here, requires you to be 18 or older — or above your local age of majority, where that is higher.

Accounts and credits

Generation is account-based; there is no anonymous use. Each job spends credits at the fare displayed before you confirm it, and a job that fails has its credits returned automatically. Packs are bought once, not subscribed to; credits you have not spent stay on your account. Credits carry no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

Acceptable content

Fictional adult characters may be generated freely, and media may be transformed where you own it or hold documented consent covering the transformation. Prohibited without exception: content involving minors or characters presented as minors; imagery of real people made without their consent; and anything illegal in your jurisdiction. Breaches lead to removal of the content and closure of the account, and illegal material is reported wherever the law requires it.

Your media, your responsibility

What you upload is your responsibility, including holding the rights and consent it needs. Publishing a piece to the gallery grants the service permission to display it there for as long as it remains published; unpublishing ends that permission.

Availability and liability

The service is offered as available, and generation is an inherently variable process: no particular result is promised. To the extent the law permits, liability is capped at the amounts you paid during the three months before a claim.
