What reaches our harbour

To run your account we hold your email address and your login credentials, the latter stored only as a hash. We also keep the files you upload, the prompts and jobs you submit, the media the studio generates for you, and the order records that come back from payment processing. Personal data is never sold.

Your media stays in your harbour

Everything you upload and everything generated for you is private to your account by default. A piece becomes visible only at the point you publish it yourself — to the gallery, for instance — and you may withdraw it again whenever you like. Staff look at private media only where running the service, answering a support request you made, or carrying out moderation makes it necessary.

Payments

Cards are handled by third-party payment providers. What returns to us is a confirmation and an order record; full card numbers never reach this studio.

How long things are kept, and how to have them deleted

Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — the account itself, your uploads and your generated media included — write to [email protected] from the email address on the account. Deletion requests receive an answer within 30 days.

Age

TokenAsiaMap is an adults-only service. Accounts and content are limited to people aged 18 or over, or above the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes in any material way, the revised version and its new date will be posted on this page.
